This DIPA utilizes Helio Gazer strain of yeast to unlock thiol compounds locked in hops and malt creating a saturated palate of passion fruit and guava flavor. Mash hops help to build a foundation of thiols to be unlocked by the yeast. Malted oats and wheat create a creamy body to help the juicy flavors shine. Double dry hopped with Trident and Ekuanot hops push the aroma of this juicy DIPA Double.
