The Barn
Druthers Clifton Park is our fourth location, opened in 2022. This location is our largest yet with ample outdoor spaces, beer garden, and large custom built barn building to house the brew pub. It’s our most ambitious location to date and worth the visit.

Thai basil, black currants and raspberries combine beautifully to yield a beer with notes of cherry, licorice and earthy mint. Light in body with a semi-dry finish.

This is a hoppy, American-style India pale ale. Amarillo and Centennial hops are the dominant varieties, with Horizon providing a strong yet smoothly bitter finish. German Vienna and Munich malts are there to provide balance.
Brevity Wit

A Belgian-style wheat beer spiced with sweet orange peel and coriander as well as hops. Made with 40% raw wheat, the flavor is light and refreshing.
Dark Encounter

A rich and malty German- style lager brewed for the colder months, using all German malts and hops. This medium bodied lager imparts a luscious, smooth and toasty flavor with hints of toffee and cocoa. Pouring dark brown with ruby highlights with a light tan head.

Fist of Karma

An American brown ale, both maltier and hoppier than any English brown. Dry-hopped with Amarillo and Crystal, while Munich malt provides the foundation. "Living well is the best revenge." Gazer the Gazerian

This DIPA utilizes Helio Gazer strain of yeast to unlock thiol compounds locked in hops and malt creating a saturated palate of passion fruit and guava flavor. Mash hops help to build foundation of thiols to be unlocked by the yeast. Malted oats and wheat create a creamy body to help the juicy flavors shine. Double dry hopped with Trident and Ekuanot hops push the aroma of this juicy DIPA Double.

A German-style Kolsch, light gold in color with a balance of malt and hops. German pale malts and Crystal hops create a beer that is subtle, not boring.
Honey Dip

Blonde ale fermented with local honey and Belgian yeast. Refermented with blood orange and lime puree. Belgian yeast and citrus fruits meld with a crisp light body to make the perfect summer sipper.
Imperial Raspberry Porter

We set out to create a bold, complex beer that tastes like raspberries and chocolate. This rich ale is the result. We artfully blended six different malts to achieve deep cocoa flavor. Over a pound of raspberries per gallon were added to the young beer to provide fresh, bright fruit character. Complex malt and fruit but simply delicious.

Key lime pie-inspired sour ale using graham cracker in the mash, lactose, lime peel, and lime juice in the boil. Conditioned on lime puree and vanilla after fermentation.

Water you melon, there’s banana in this?? That’s right, we decided to monkey around with our winning sour ale and conditioned it on watermelon and banana puree.
No Excuses

Our New England pale ale is brewed with pale Munich and wheatmalts, oats and a lot of hops! The big fruity resinous aroma has notes of pineapple, citrus and pine. The flavor is overtly hoppy with a smooth malt presence that brings some balance to the hop extravaganza. Did we mention it’s hoppy?
Oatmeal Stout

This is a rich, malty ale. Dark-roasted malts lend flavors reminiscent of cocoa and coffee. Oats add fullness to the body while roastiness balances the finish.
Oktoberfest

This beer is like the kind served at Munich’s big party 100 years ago: a rich, malty, amber lager brewed with lots of toasty Munich malt. Subtle hops balance the finish, yielding a really maltilicious beer.
Passionfruit Double Dare

A special version of our award-winning Gose, The Dare. The citrusy-sweet perfume of passionfruit mingles with coriander and pleasing sour notes in this strong, complex ale. Fermented with lactobacillus as well as yeast to create refreshing tartness while a small dose of salt rounds out the flavors.
Peach Apricot Dare

Our Peach Apricot Dare gose is the perfect end of summer sipper. Brewed with salt and coriander, soured with lactobacillus, then refermented atop a blend of apricot and peach purée for big apricot aromas and a peachy finish.

Based off of the foundation fruits of the tropical cocktail, a Painkiller, we gave this beer the Double Dare Gose treatment. This double sour features salt and coriander in the boil, soured with Lactobacillus and refermented with a heavy does of pineapple, orange and coconut.

Simple Truth Barleywine

Brewed with more than twice as much malt as most beers, this ale is rich and malty with fruit notes reminiscent of strawberry. Full-bodied, with enough hop bitterness to balance the finish.
Strawberry Dare

This special version of our award winning Gose is the greatest thing since something really great. It was refermented with a pound of strawberries per gallon. Coriander adds citrus notes while the finish is refreshingly tart.

Don’t let the name fool you, we’re always trying to find what makes a great New England IPA and have gone above and beyond to find the answer. The result? Vibrant yellow with an electric feel; Haze for days, and a tropical trinity of hops yielding flavors of mango, passion fruit and citrus that finishes sweet yet surprisingly clean. Winter Warmer

Notes: Malty
The solstice isn't here yet but the weather has been chilly, so here is a malty, strong ale to welcome the season. The perfect beer for cold winter nights. Rich with caramel, molasses, and fruity flavors up front, finishing with a good dose of hop bitterness. Lots of Munich malt lends toasty malt notes.
