We set out to create a bold, complex beer that tastes like raspberries and chocolate. This rich ale is the result. We artfully blended six different malts to achieve deep cocoa flavor. Over a pound of raspberries per gallon were added to the young beer to provide fresh, bright fruit character. Complex malt and fruit but simply delicious.
